Teleconferencing Service by Free Conferencing Corp. of America

Free Conferencing Corp. of America, announced the creation of what it said is the industry’s first ad-supported free conferencing service – AdConferencing.com. Expanding on the company’s suite of free and fee-based conferencing and collaboration solutions, AdConferencing.com integrates the technology of VoodooVox’s In-Call Media.

Similar to traditional teleconferencing services, AdConferencing.com users are prompted to enter a pass code and will hear a brief ad-supported message as the parties are joined in the conference call. The message, inserted directly into the call stream by VoodooVox, replaces the standard ring that callers normally hear before connecting to a teleconference.

VoodooVox is the driving force behind In-Call Media, the patent-pending process of inserting ad-supported audio content directly into the call stream of high-call volume companies. Currently integrated intohundreds of telecom “publishers” generating 300 million calls monthly, the VoodooVox In-Call Network powers free or reduced-price telephony services for world-renowned brands including IDT, Univision, Virgin Mobile,Nokia, Microsoft and Showtime, among others, Free Conferencing Corp. said.
