By using this Prepaid Phone Card, you agree to the following: A surcharge of 99 cents applies to pay phone calls. Call times are rounded to the next 3-minute increment. A weekly maintenance fee of 99 cents applies within 24 hours of first use. At the end of each call in excess of four minutes, a post call fee of $ 0.03 to $ 0.99 may apply depending on destination rates, unles card balance reaches zero. At the end of each call, a call duration fee of up to 40% of the call amount will be deducted from your balance, unless card balance reaches zero. Calls originating from outside of the 48 contiguous US states may incur an additional charge of up to 19 cents per minute. Cards expires 180 days from first use; first use must be by 2012. Maximum per minute rate for calls within the US is $ 0.09 per minute due to rounding to the next 3 minutes. Card minutes advertised or announced apply only to the first call. Fees and surcharge required by state and/or federal regulation, call types (cellular and international) and call durations reduce calling time. Surcharge and fees vary and are subject to change without notice due to variances and changes imposed on us regulators and/our network providers. Charges for international call vary by destination are subject to change without notice due to price changes made by our providers. Calls to cellular phones are charged are higher than calls to non-cellular phones. We highly recommend canceling your international service since you don’t need it to use phone cards. It will help you avoid using unintentionally and being billed for it.
