All minutes quoted at the setup time of each call reflect the basic rates per minute before surcharges and fees. The delivered minutes will be significantly lower based on the length of the calls and the fees that may apply. Calls will be billed in one minute increments. Following first use, a maintenance fee of up to $1 per week will apply. Calls originating from payphones will be subject to a 99 cents payphone surcharge fee. Local phone companies may charge a long distance rate when using a local access number out of the local zones.
