I am new customer, how can I buy calling cards?

If you are a new customer, you need to make an account with us to be able to purchase phone cards from us. We offer FREE account for new customers. Signing up takes about a minute, and you will receive a call from us to verify your information. Once the verification process is complete, your account is activated, you can immediately buy calling cards from us.

Why do I have to sign up?

Signing up is necessary to create secure and fraud free purchasing account. Furthermore, by having an account with us, we can assist you better should you have any problems in the future. The system will remember your address and phone number information, so you do not need to enter it every time you place the order. However, we do not save the credit number information, mainly due to security concerns. So you do need to enter the credit card number every time, and you can easily use a different credit card.

Is my information safe with you?

We guarantee your personal and financial information safe with us. We believe that your information only belongs to you, and we will never sell your information to third party. The information that you give us is strictly used for the account verification and transaction.

My phone card says Invalid after entering the PIN given. What do I do?

Calling card manufacturers usually change access numbers when they change carriers. The result is that they have some batch of cards with the old access number and some new batch with the new access numbers. Sometimes even up to 3 access numbers. Thus, causing PINs to be invalid when using a wrong different access number. Please make sure to try ALL the access numbers that were given to you before contacting us. Most of the time, using a wrong access number causes "Invalid PIN problem". However, if you tried all the access numbers and it is still not working, please do not hesitate to contact us right away.

What should I do if I have a problem using my phone card?

The best thing to do is to call the customer service number we provide with your PIN and control number. This toll free number connects you to the service department at the company that controls the access number and value of the pins for their phone card. However, if you do not receive proper attention, please feel free to give us a call.

What kinds of fees am I going to be charged with, and how are the minutes computed?

Most of our calling cards that we carry do not have connection fees, and we state clearly if it is otherwise. Please read the phone card's Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing. Familiarize yourself with calling card terms, and learn how the rates are calculated.
