It will help to remove food debris and get rid of those bacteria and germs that keeps on building in your teeth’s enamel. This makes the surface or the covering of the teeth weaker and more prone to breakage and most of the time you need to extract the tooth as will just give you toothache that you can’t bare the whole night and day. Brushing the teeth and gums is just of the most common ways to make your teeth useful and be able to have a whiter color. BRUSHING YOUR TEETH

You need to select the best that is suitable for your teeth and gums. Don’t use the hard type of bristles because it would cause too much damage to your teeth and gums area. Soft bristles would have a gentle way of removing the dirt and the spaces between your teeth. For kids, they would have their own size and it would fit the mouth of the children as well.

Make sure that you always replace or change your toothbrush every after 3 months. Small microorganisms and germs and including bacteria would build up to the bristles of the toothbrush. It is better to change your brush as frequent as every month.

Choose the toothpaste that has a great content of fluoride. This is the best one to help your teeth to fight against the cavities and plaques in your teeth. It makes the surface of every tooth to be even stronger and harder. There are many kinds of toothpaste that is commercially available in your area. There are ingredients that will help you with your tartar, cavities and even to the bad breath.

After brushing your teeth, you need to floss it as well. This is a very natural advice coming from the dentist. Remember that brushing your teeth would not totally clean the areas of your teeth especially in between. You need to floss your teeth gently. Don’t push too hard as it may damage your gums and teeth.

You need to make sure that you are brushing the teeth correctly and you are using the right toothpaste for your mouth and teeth. This will help to prevent damage to the area of the mouth and gums. Choose the best floss that will cater to your teeth.
