Belgacom Buys Poncin

Belgian's biggest telecommunication group, Belgacom SA, said that as of 1 April is taking over the private limited company Poncin.

With five telecom shops and a call center, Ets Pierre Poncin is a reseller of telecommunication services in the Liège region in Belgium.

Belgacom decided to proceed with the takeover, which would allow it to further develop the long-standing, thriving cooperation between the two companies in the specific market dynamics of the Liège area.

Ets Pierre Poncin will function as a separate entity within the Belgacom Group. Continuity for both the company's employees and its customers will be ensured.
